The ISSAI Implementation Initiative (for short 3i) Programme is the IDI's pilot programme to support implementation of ISSAIs (International Standards for Supreme Audit Institutions) in developing countries' Supreme Audit Institutions. This first round is for SAIs of five INTOSAI regions which have English as working language, namely AFROSAI-E, ASOSAI, CAROSAI, EUROSAI and PASAI. Development of iCAT (ISSAI Compliance Assessment Tool) and an e-course to train ISSAI-facilitators and -mentors in the five regions, are important initial steps of the programme. The IDI has called 15 international ISSAI specialists, recommended by the respective sub-committees of INTOSAI Professional Standards Committee, and capacity development specialists to a meeting in Oslo during 16 July - 3 August 2012 to develop the iCAT and contents of the e-course.
